Low fares are available

We are pleased to announce that for the upcoming Neuropsychiatry Today Conference we have selected Executours as our official travel agency. To obtain special airfares, you must book your flight through Executours. For your reservation, call (310) 552-0786 (outside of California, please call 800-323-7004). Please identify yourself as a participant in the UCLA Neuropsychiatry Today Conference to obtain these special airfares. Executours will be happy to arrange transfers from the Kauai airport to the resort. In addition, the hotel has arranged for a hospitality desk at check-in to assist you in choosing your optional sightseeing tours while in Kauai.

Accommodations:

A limited block of deluxe ocean-view rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Kauai Resort, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, at a special conference rate of $249.00 per night, either single or double occupancy, plus 11.41% tax is available to course participants. Garden Rooms are available for $189.00 per night. In addition, a mandatory porterage fee of $6.00 inclusive per person will be charged to your incidental account. A resort fee (of $15.00 +4.16% per room per room per night) will also be assessed at the time the reservation is made. The resort fee is subject to change without notice.

To make reservations, call (800) 782-9488. Identify yourself as a participant in the UCLA Neuropsychiatry Today Conference to receive this special conference rate. The reservation deadline is February 23, 2009. Reservations made after the deadline are subject to rate and space availability.

For those participants wishing to extend their stay on Kauai, this low conference rate may be obtained before and after the conference, March 28- April 10, 2009, on a space-available basis. Suites are also available; ask for the best available rate at the time of your reservation.

Individual reservations must be guaranteed by a two-night deposit at the time of the reservations. Cancellations by individual attendees may be made without penalty until seven days prior to their arrival date.

$325 for early registration (ends March 6, 2009)
$400 for standard registration

Refund Policy:

A service charge of $50 is withheld from all refunds (refund in full if the conference is canceled, discontinued or rescheduled). Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked or faxed no later than February 23, 2009.
