One-day registration is available for $195. Participants receive 6 continuing education credits for Friday and 7 continuing education credits for Saturday.
Refund Policy:
A service charge of $50 is withheld from all refunds (refund in full if the conference is cancelled, discontinued, or rescheduled). Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked or faxed no later than September 26, 2008. Refunds are not issued for persons who register but do not attend, unless a written request has been approved.
